Freda F. Nevsimal, age 84 years, of rural Kendall, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the Gundersen St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hillsboro, Wisconsin.
She was born on October 5, 1933 to Vern and Anna Christian in Richland Center, Wisconsin. Freda was united in marriage to Louis Nevsimal on February 21, 1952 in Hillsboro. They farmed in the Mount Tabor area their entire life, where they raised their family. On the farm she enjoyed milking the cows and raising her chickens, also tending to her garden and flowers. He preceded her in death on December 29, 2016.
Survivors include her children, Judy (Darrell) Stanek of Hillsboro, Steven (Marla) Nevsimal of Kendall, Kathy (Tom) Connors of Kendall, Karen (Gary) Friedl of Union Center, Laura Novy (Dean Urban) of Hillsboro, Ron Nevsimal (Peggy Winchell) of Kendall and Theresa Oliver of Arizona; eighteen Grandchildren; eighteen Great Grandchildren; three Great Great Granddaughters; sisters, Phyllis of Rockford and Rose of Janesville and brothers Bob of Elroy and Julius of Waukesha.
In addition to her husband, Louis; she was preceded in death by her Parents; an infant son, Thomas Nevsimal; a daughter, Louise Nevsimal; sisters, Mildred and Bernadine and brothers, Victor, Virgil, Ernest and Melvin.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro, with Rev. Alan Tripp officiating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery at Mount Tabor. Friends may call at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
