Marie E. Miller, age 83 years, of La Valle, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019 at her home in La Valle.
She was born on August 11, 1935 to Louis and Agnes (Sebranek) Fronk in Hillsboro and graduated from the Hillsboro High School. Marie was united in marriage to Melvin “Bud” Miller on June 20, 1953 at the First Congregational Church in Hillsboro.
They farmed in the Town of Woodland, Sauk County for many years. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Hillsboro. Marie enjoyed bingo, playing cards, putting together puzzles, picking hickory nuts, knitting and crocheting. Bud preceded her in death on December 10, 2014.
Survivors include her children, Alan (Andi) Miller, Jerry (Deanna) Miller, Richard (Kerry) Miller, Thomas (Lorna) Miller and Eileen (Rich) Bianco; fourteen Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren; sister, Leona (Robert) Schmidt; brother, Ed (May) Fronk; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Bud; she was preceded in death by her Parents; brother, Raymond Fronk and sisters, Norma Dybvig, Margaret Ott and Sylvia Dziewior.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Congregational Church in Hillsboro, with Pastor Isaac Fleming officiating. Interment will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Hillsboro. Friends may call at the Church on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred, which the family will designate.
