Roger D. Libansky, age 75 years, of Hillsboro, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.
He was born on June 8, 1945 to William and Alberna (Jacobson) Libansky in Hillsboro. Roger grew to adulthood in the Yuba area and graduated from the Hillsboro High School in 1963.
Roger was united in marriage to Barbara Hooker on June 26, 1965 in Hillsboro.
Roger worked for many years at Rockbridge as a milk truck driver, first with canned milk and later bulk for the cheese factory. He later became a milk truck driver for Grande Cheese.
In his earlier years he enjoyed deer hunting and trap shooting, along with bowling. He always had a good sense of humor and enjoyed time spent with his many relatives and friends.
Survivors include his brothers, Don (Terry) Libansky of Madison, Alan (Nikki) Bankes of Soldiers Grove and Dayton (Patti) Libansky of Richland Center; sister, Darlene (Delbert) Turnmire of Richland Center; step mother, Gladys Anderson of Boaz; sister-in-law, Shirley (Brian) Richardson of Hillsboro and brothers-in-law, Ron (June) Hooker and Jim (Jan) Hooker, all of Hillsboro. He was preceded in death by his Parents, and wife, Barbara on August 3, 2016.
Memorial Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Interment will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Hillsboro.
